HOUSE MATE NEEDED URGENTLY in BONBEACH, Victoria for sale

Due to unforseen circumstances our housemate has left us and we need a new housemate urgently.
We have a room avaliable in our 4 bedroom share house in chelsea. We are close to Chelsea shops, station and bus stops, about a 10 minute walk.
There are three of us in the house, 2 males and 1 female. We all work full time and lead fairly independant lives but do enjoy each others company for a coffee or a chat.
You would be sharing a bathroom and toilet with 2 others so cleanliness, personal hygiene and respect for privacy is a must.
We share the house cleaning on a regular basis but obviously the mess you make is the mess you clean. The need for consideration of others who share the space is important to us.
We are looking for someone who works full time and has lived in a share environment previously.
Please no pets.
The rent is $650 pcm and is to be paid in advance, prior to moving in.
No bond.
All bills are split evenly.
