Looking for a reliable, mature person to look after my furnished apartment over the Summer time.
This apartment rocks in Summer and is looking at the best beach in Melbourne! It's fully furnished, with a BBQ, daybed & table/chairs in courtyard, gets the afternoon sun & sunset views. It's less than 5 minutes walking distance to local supermarket, shops, cafes, train station & bus stops.
Despite the beach being the main attraction, the apartment is a 2 minute walk from the local shops. The area is covered in cafes, and has plenty of take away food choices including Thai, fish & chips, Japanese, Turkish, icecream & the local pub on the corner of the street.
The train station and bus stops are less than 5 minutes walk away, so getting around is really easy! Parking is included and I also have a parking permit so you can park right out the front of the apartment.
